Pizza was great. I'm a New Yorker living in Mansfield very skeptical of a place called Brooklyn Pizza but was very happy. Super tasty we got the pepp with extra cheese and Sicilian supreme. Love the crust the sauce is great very good chew. Will definitely be ordering again. Also side note we ordered bbq wings and so glad they were smothered in sauce very good. Yay happy. read more

We ate here on a Saturday night. No one was eating in, but plenty of takeout business. I had a 12" meat pizza and my husband had a 12" everything pizza. We also ordered garlic knots, which came out first. Warm, soft and delicious. The pizzas came out next. Each bite was so good. We each ate half our pizza and took the other 4 slices home. The pizza easily passed the next day test! Even cold, it was delicious. We have found our new favorite pizza! read more

I came into Brooklyn cafe simply because I'm tired of the fast food pizza and I came across Brooklyns and I was not disappointed, walking in we were greeted by the daughter of the owner and she was very nice and welcoming she helped us pick a size and showed us what they are known. Me and my family went for a half meatlovers and half margarita the wait wasn't that bad and once the food was brought to us we killed the pizza the pizza it's self tasted amazing the topping were fresh and the sauce was amazing the margarita pizza was my favorite simple but delicious. Went here because it had good reviews. Didn't have a great feeling walking in. Place reeked of natural gas, nobody was up front and only 2 people there during lunch rush time. We should have turned around but didn't. We ordered chicken Alfredo which I would give 3 out of 10 score. It was sooooo pepper heavy, pasta was all different sizes and not very much sauce. We got garlic knots would rate those 6 out of 10. We also got a meat lovers pizza and asked for no ham. I would rate 3 out of 10, it tasted like chuck e. cheese. The girl came from the back with the pizza with ham all over it and asked if it was OK if it had ham on it? Um no. She didn't have any of the rest of our food. We were like um where is the other stuff? She had no clue what we were talking about. Finally got all our food 30 minutes later. They both had the personalities of a white wall. Service was 5 star and one of the owners (the wife/mom) came out and talked with us and I'm pretty sure she was born in Italy. Familia owned and Familia operated! I ordered a pizza, garlic knots and fried zucchini tonight. It was the worst. Where do I start. I phone ordered at 7:00pm and was informed to pick up in 30 min. I picked my order up at 7:30 and it took me less than 5 min to drive home. The fried Zucchini was 8-10 small pieces of oily mess. The garlic knots were cold with a red liquid they called marinara sauce. The pizza was cold and looked like it had been sitting for an hour already. $50.00 for this!!!!! Never again!!!! read more

Cashier guy and young lady server "Lily" (On receipt) is personable, cordial/nice and the owner came to thank us and get feedback as well as welcoming us to come again. Really wanted to like this spot as...Brooklyn (!) and the Stromboli was good (but really tiny for the price). We had an issue with an item that was prepared incorrectly (but delivered by Grubhub, they do not have their own delivery) but they made it right by inviting us in to get replacement (+1 star!) We decided to go in person to eat...not recommended. Inside is uninviting, dimly lit and not particularly clean. We were not provided utensils or napkins and difficult to get staff attention as it's the cooks who are in "the front". We ordered items to eat there, yet pizza was given in to-go box. Pizza crust is tasty. We ordered mozzarella sticks and calamari but neither are recommended- they are thick yet tasteless. No salt on table, but that could have helped. I have lived all over Texas and this is the BEST PIZZA IN TEXAS, hands down. I grew up in the New York/New Jersey area, where there are mom & pop pizza shops on every corner. So only the restaurants with the most authentic recipes survive. This is the closest thing I can find to that in Texas. If you haven't tried this place you're doing yourself a disservice. We ordered delivery and pizza only so that is solely what this review is based on - I wasn't able to see the facility myself, have much interaction regarding customer service. Now, down to the point. We ordered two pizzas: 1. White Pizza with onions, bacon, and eggplant. Delicious. The eggplant was not mushy and we liked how the bacon was crumbled. The onions where perfectly cooked and did not over power the pizza. Btw, being a white pizza does not mean this was alfredo sauce based... it was mozzarella and ricotta, perfect! 2. Hawaiian Pizza with sausages added. We loved how the sausage was shaved into it. Not too much sauce and they were generous with the pineapples. Another home run! We will be ordering from here again. These pizzas are not greasy and have a great crunch to the crust. It's not burned on the bottom and the toppings are all around. We had several places where the focus on ingredients only get distributed towards the center of the pizza but we had eggplant to the crust. Great choice tonight! read more

We stopped in here for lunch after a couple of our friends were raving about it on Facebook. It was rather quiet when we went and the restaurant was more or less empty. They have a large number of pizza and other options on the menu. They also have some lunch specials, but I was a bit disappointed to see that none of them included pizza since that is what I was looking for. My wife and I split a medium pizza that had meatballs and garlic on it. It was pretty good. I don't know if a true New Yorker would call this New York style pizza, but it was good. They used to have pizza by the slice but they had to give that up due to the lack of volume coming through. This place is worth a try and they have some coupons you get. Try it out if you are looking to try something new. They don't serve alcohol so this place is BYOB. read more

Really disappointing. I've been ordering from this place regularly for over a year and tonight they lost a loyal customer over $5. I was here two nights ago and wanted an Alfredo pizza with chicken spinach and ricotta. The person working told us they would ring it up the cheapest way. It was $23. For 8 slices. Tonight I called to order the same exact pizza going off of the recommendation of how to order it from the girl who was there two nights ago and was now told they wouldn't ring it up that way, it would be almost $29 because they should charge more for chicken. Lol pretty sure you're still making money on a $23 pizza. You guys lost a customer and all of my recommendations to friends and business partners. Fail. read more
