I called first and spoke with Jeff to make sure they had what I needed. He wasn't sure, but I asked about alternatives, and he confirmed they carried coils and tanks. Fine. If they don't have my coils, I'll just buy a new tank. Well, they had my coils, and at a very reasonable price. I started to talk to Vinny and had a nice conversation about a few things we have in common. The guys were so cool that I didn't want to leave with just a box of coils. I asked Vinny to sell me something else--just because... He showed me a pod system and I bought that and an extra box of coils for it. I was a bit apprehensive coming here after my last smoke shop experience. My vape pen broke & it made me sad, so I decided to take a chance here. I'm glad I did. I felt welcomed when I walked in. They were actually trying to help, not just push some product off on some dumb consumer. At first, I was just going to another pen but then I decided it was time to graduate to a box mod, which comes with an 1860 battery included. After I picked out my mod, it was time to get a new e liquid. Christina (I hope that's her name, that's what it said on the receipt) is my long lost twin I didn't know I had. I told her that I like fruity things & before I knew it she was opening a brand new mouth piece, priming the tester up for me, & talking about life. They let you test the e liquid before you buy it, which is a huge plus! I might've been there all night if you let me! It can be like Russian roulette when choosing an e liquid. The flavor might sound good in theory, but when you actually order/pay for it & fill up your tank, you don't like it, & now you're stuck with it because you paid $20. I left with an Alien Baby mod (AL85 kit, it's legit, the first thing I did when I got home was check the serial number) with a drip tip to match filled with SOS blue razz in my tank. I'll definitely be back for coils, drip tips, tanks, & most definitely more e liquid. You have a new customer. Great spot. Purchased a incense holder recently and when I used it, the ash would fall off the sides. Not cool. I returned two days later and explained my predicament. Although it appeared one of the employees had a some difficulty understanding my plight, they eventually let me exchange the incense holder. I didn't have a receipt either. Came In to this vape shop from pretty damn far cause they were the Only vape shop out of the 7-10 actual vape shops with calling trying to find the Lost vape Orion go. This was like a week after the company released them so I knew our chances were slim if we found anything. Finally called this place and too a $35 cab. To say the leas this place is dope. All the workers and owner (including he dog) were rad as hell. They let us try all kinds of juices and let me say I go to so many vape shops around Brooklyn and Manhattan and they have the most unique selection. It's not just a million bottles of naked 100, halo, juice by the foot and like 4 other brands. They had brands I can usually only get on line and brands I've never even heard of. Have a boos selection of mods as well and were all super helpful and very accommodating with us sampling juices and what not. Unfortunately it's in an are I don't ever go in so the only reason I'd go over that way is for the shop. Once the weather gets a bit warmer I'll probably be frequenting I more often. Cause it's definitely on the top of my list of vape shops. Shit we were there like 2 hours. I'm a fairly new smoker so for me, going into a smoke shop is nerve-wracking. The ones I have been to - often labeled 'the best' - all come off hostile and stand offish. A couple won't even sell to me because despite me being 19 and the legal age to buy papers 18+, they only sell to 21 and over. It's really frustrating. Me and my friend decided to stop here on the way to Kings Plaza and it was amazing! The clerk was super kind and friendly, making everything feel comfortable. He explained everything to me in a patient manner. Even after I picked up a roller, he gave me a demonstration and everything and offered help if I had any more trouble. He asked questions so I wasn't so nervous. The shop smelled great and even when it got busy he managed it really well. I ended up getting a grinder, a roller, and a pack of papers. It was great that the roller came with a free pack of papers so I ended up with two! And it came up to 26 dollars which is really cheap. It's a bit far from me but I plan on going back and sticking to this shop. Really nice! read more

I went there for the first time on March 1st of this year and the customer service was beyond excellent. I went there because i broke the tank on my old vape and wanted a replacement. Since they no longer make the model tank i had it was as good a reason to try out a new model as any. My new vape was reasonably priced at $30 and much more powerful than my old one. Sales staff was very pleasant informative and knowledgeable. Also you cant beat the fact that you get to try before you buy especially on the liquids. I went in for what was supposed to be a 5 minute sales transaction and ended up spending 45 minutes. Might i add i have not picked up another cigarette since. I love my vape. read more

i remember when this place was a fried chicken spot. i was so excited about this shops grand opening since im a heavy smoker & this is the only smoke shop in my neighborhood. the owner Shafiq is a really cool guy & so are the rest of the employees. very attentive, helpful & honest. if u're not sure about certain products or lack knowledge, they will take the time to inform u of its purpose, performance & reviews from other customers. u can tell they're honest because sometimes the better product isn't the most expensive one. i come here for papers, filters, ashtrays, rolling trays, incense & now recently, their delta 8 cartridges. i've smoked plenty of delta 9's from Lit, Uptown & Got Sours but wasn't familiar w/ the delta 8's. i gotta admit although i pay almost twice as much for d8's than i do for d9's, i compromise because of the convenience since i live 1 min away & the fact that its from a business, not a friend. there's nothing to question & that piece of mind makes the extra $20 worth it. they have quite an assortment of strains despite just starting to sell them. my favorite so far is purple punch. i would definitely recommend anyone that needs a good smoke shop to come here. i know people that travel from other boroughs to come here. i often bring my girlfriend & friends here too. if u do plan on shopping here regularly, set up an account so that ur purchases are on recorded & to stack up points u can later redeem. these guys are as patient, helpful & honest as they come. only problem i have is that Shafiq's super chill dog isn't there anymore lol. read more
