We were in a hurry to finish remodeling so we could move in and he was able to accommodate our tight schedule. He took out a wall, repaired plaster cracks and joints and skim coated all of the walls on the first floor. The walls came out perfect. The old wavy plaster walls look flat and straight after he finished and it's impossible to see the gap in the plaster were he took out the old wall. Also, his price was very fair. I was happy to write him a check after the work was completed and would recommend him to anyone.

We were never paid and still remain unpaid. this was not due to any issue with the work on our end, it was because Alan got into a disagreement with the owner of the property and decided to walk off the job. We did what we were hired to do. After years of a good relationship working with Alan, he has disappeared and will not pay us for our work.
