We are a security and private investigation company that is license and insured in the State of Indiana. When it comes to security, we specialize in warehouse security and large businesses, however we also specialize in small businesses and venues as well. The owner, Nathan Brooks is a police officer, and a licensed private investigator and can investigate things such as infidelity, backgrounds checks, employment verification, reverse phone number lookups, license plates, criminal history, marital records, arrest records, conviction records, civil records etc. Brooks Security became a certified veteran owned small business in 2025 so for companies that require that certification, we are happy to announce that we have obtained it and are ready to take on those details.

History

Established in 2020.

The owner, Nathan Brooks has been in law enforcement since 2013. Prior to that, he spent 10 years in the military with 2 deployments to Iraq. After his time in the military, he worked in the private security industry, and also obtained a Masters in Criminal Justice. While working off duty for another security company, he realized that he wanted to create a legacy for his children to one day inherit, so Brooks Security was born. In the midst of a global pandemic, Nathan created a company that has grown from nothing to now a million dollar business. He was told no time after time, but he never gave up, and he strives every day to continue to build Brooks Security into a truly remarkable company that clients want to hire, and people want to work for.
