When I had an accident on my way to work one morning, an was told I couldn't come back for 6 months because of the seizure I had.. Rose, Janet and Cindy were great. They never told me I had to come back to soon, or even talked about me losing my job. All they were concerned with was my health and well-being. This is the best company I have ever worked for, they care about their clients and workers alike. The training is always up to date and we even get reminders and optional extra training if we chose to, all to make sure the clients have the best care possible... Rose is the owner but is involved in ever aspect and that is refreshing to see it's not about the money for her but about the clients and workers. I hope they are around for a long time we need more places like this in our communities.

Gowin Parc has supported my grandmother for the last four years. The staff is really caring and so…read moreprofessional. I have been very impressed every time I visit. The facility is always clean and safe and very nice and tranquil inside. The food is quite good -- the cook makes almost everything from scratch and her meatloaf is the best I've ever had (who ever thought I'd say that about a long-term care facility?). I am also so impressed that they truly consider this their resident's home. Each staff person knows the residents in his or her house personally and seems to care so deeply for them with such respect. Their level of personal attention is very impressive. They have activities every day -- everything from a senior prom to trips out, exercise and appropriate things to do for every stage based on what is best for those there. Our family has been so grateful for the caring staff at Gowin Parc, I just wanted to share it with others who may be considering or needing long-term care for a family member in need of a safe, loving facility specifically tailored to the needs of memory-care patients. I have never walked in the door at Gowin Parc and felt it was a nursing home. Quite the opposite, it was simply where my grandmother lived with her friends. What a gift that has been.
