I paid a down payment of $200 via Zelle, his preferred method of payment. He suggested that he would do the job on Sunday, June 23, 2024. On Saturday, June 22, 2024, I called and texted him to make sure he was on schedule. He confirmed he would be there at 8 AM. He did not show up, and I waited for more than 4 hours. When I called him, he hung up on me. He was unprofessional. When I called him to ask for my money back, he was rude and unprofessional. This business is a scam.

Turns out Witten didn't pay for my job nor did he pay for others who received similar letters. He will not respond to me, he has filed for bankruptcy, his office is for sale and according to my attorney has at least 2 lawsuits against him at the moment.
