When you have the front desk being unprofessional and discourteous to parents, this impacts your access to the Doctor, quality care etc. Sadly, I would not recommend this practice. Great Doctors, but if you can not access them due to the horrible, unqualified staff that try and make decisions that should be left up to the Doctors. We want to entrust the utmost level of quality and care for our precious children, if you want that, look elsewhere!

As with most things in life, Doctor Liz left the group practice and went on to other non-private practice things. Sadness. The other pediatricians were good, but none understood him as she did, herself a mother of 4 boys. A few years pass, and an email arrives. Doctor Liz is back! She's joined Center City Pediatrics, opening a new office in Bala! Yay! We immediately make an appointment for the Young 'Un's annual exam. The visit was great. The Young 'Un, aka the NMT (Newly Minted Teenager) was quite comfortable discussing his health with Doctor Liz, even that awkward puberty stuff he normally despises discussing with anyone, exam was given, all is well. Doctor Liz is approachable, smart, thorough and easygoing. So very excited she's back in practice. Highly recommend!

I would not recommend entrusting your children's care to any practice that does not allow you to choose your own medical procedures for yourself or your children. Dr. Chi is our favorite, no-nonsense, down-to-earth doctor with a tremendous bedside manner and easily connected with myself, my wife, and more importantly our daughter. Although we love Dr. Chi, all of the Doctors who have seen our daughter have been great! The nurses are fantastic as well, really good at administering shots, and always cool, calm, and collected while working with the kiddos. My wife works with the MyChart much more frequently than myself but she doesn't seem to struggle the same way many people claim to.

I have a family member who needs an X-ray. We were told they opened at 7:30. Arrived to an empty…read morelobby at 7:45. We checked in and proceeded to wait more than 30 minutes while we saw the lobby fill up and then be taken to exam rooms. After waiting, I asked the front desk if the X-ray team was in today and the front desk staff proceeded to get frustrated with us for asking. We are now in an empty lobby again. I think next time we will go to Rothman or another specialty center in the area. They do not have a good process for seeing patients in need of X-ray services.

The doctor was quick and knowledgeable, also sympathetic. The longest wait was the 20 minutes it took for my son to produce a urine sample. We were in and out in less than an hour, based on my ER visits I thought it would take 3-4 hours. I highly recommend this place.
