I could not get it to go forward just reverse, I tried turning it off and back on, I stood up and sat back down, everything I could think of. I had to back that thing from sporting goods to the GM side door. I passed three Walmart associates and one of them some kind of manager, tried to get their attention to the situation but was ignored, got all the way to the GM door and told the person on the door her name tag said Antoinette, she just shrugged her shoulders and ignored it. What has happened to customer service, what has happened to people to make them ignore you. The other patrons will double park or just back out without looking. 2nd I didn't know masks were optional for customers (insert sarcasm) 3rd keep your eye on the swivel or you may get hit by one of the employees filling pickup orders, their baskets are twice your size and they are dang near on every other aisle. 4th did I just see at least 10 more folks without a mask smdh. Oh yea you are gonna compete with the online order fillers for items. 5th at this point I have forgotten looking at my list and I just wanna leave (did the online shopper just take the last of the pre-cut granny smith apples yep she sure did) This location relies heavily on self checkout with one or two other lanes with personnel open. Prepare to wait and wait, reorganize your basket, talk to a bunch of folks who aren't practicing social distance or want to say hey I only have 17 items you mind if I get in front?
