Upon my initial call to the store location, I was referred by April to Dale Compton. Dale immediately returned my call and explained their available services and sales requirements. He then forwarded my request to his design team for product availability and follow up. Based upon a reduction of price in materials on my original bid, i decided not to proceed with installation from extreme flooring. We are not rich or a multi- corporation so the cancellation costs were $500.00. This was a high unfair advantage price to charge for no work done to our roof. Oh I'm sorry, Clint Adams mentioned he talked to me on the phone, wrote an estimate without even going on the roof, and let us look at shingles... Well worth $500.00... Haha!!! The fact is Adams Roofing has an issue with better quality roofing contractors beating their offer by many, many thousands of dollars $$$ Shame on your company for your extraordinary intentions to take necessary money from seniors & disabled veterans!
