Have almost completely ruined a gorgeous and almost perfect Bermuda lawn by cutting it WAY to tall. Always has an excuse as to why they're not cutting it correctly or following the calendar of care they provided. Owner of the company couldn't recognize Bermuda when he gave the bid. Grounds cleanup, a total joke they've managed to kill off 1/5 of the back yard by blowing leaves under the trees and killing the grass under them stating "it's a natural area" which it isn't. Blows leaves into the pine needles instead of doing their job and actually cleaning them up. The crew he has is less than motivated to say the least and has ABSOLUTELY no pride in their work. Have talked with the owner and crew supervisor and zero issues have been resolved. Have contacted an attorney to get out of the contract for breech of contract on services purchased.
