Based on our experience, I cannot recommend Brothers Services for landscape lighting. We have had problems with its equipment at one location from day one: the lights remain on 24/7. The technican claimed that a nearby plant blocked the sensor. We removed the plant, and the lights remain on 24/7. Recently, we called for service on 3 separate days and received no responses. Brothers hit my townhouse with their zero turn, punctured metal siding, hit w such impact the drywall broke 12" up for a length of 3' and they are denying it. Their staff does not speak English and their insurance adjuster came and said it was definitely something that could've happened from the zero turn. They denied my claim bc I didn't have video footage. It's a ditch common area they cut weekly in my HOA townhome neighborhood. They ignored numerous calls and meeting me in person etc. for being an established company they were very unprofessional. I would not recommend them for any type of residential or business lawn job. I gave them a cheaper offer to fix the issue to be halfway back to normal by my handy man and they still ignore my HOA property management co and myself. read more

There for a bit I thought I'd give them the benefit of the doubt, bc with my husband working so much I needed help with my yard. I had them come every 2 weeks for a while and then once a month. But they usually didn't come when they said they would, which when I have dogs I need to know when they will be here so I can make sure they are inside. (Luckily I am a stay at mom, otherwise I wouldn't be here to get them inside when I realized the workers were here). And then the last time, they came they broke our gate and blamed it on us for not having a gate built properly. But they brought their kids here to play in our yard while they fixed it. They didn't let us know they were coming. I was woken up from a nap with my kids to a child walking passed my back door and my dogs barking at the child. I got up freaking out. And looked around my yard but didn't see anyone. I let my dogs outside. Then, my doorbell rang, the owner's wife telling me that they are there trying to fix the gate. Showing me screws that were similar, saying one is wrong and one is right. And that I needed to keep my dogs inside. Well if I knew y'all were here (you could have called me!) I wouldn't have let my dogs outside. And wouldn't have been freaked out by someone walking passed my back door, when I have a damned privacy fence to keep people out! Brothers Services is very unprofessional!!!! And I do not appreciate coming unannounced! And don't tell me you rang the doorbell! Umm no. You need to call before just letting yourself into my back yard. Wouldn't suggest them to anyone! Oh and they ran over my dog's favorite toy! Thanks for that too! read more
