I applied twice online for an apartment in Holmen. I called the office the next day to check up. The woman I talked to said that was not her job to look at the applications. The lady who does that is working from home because of the corona virus with her five kids. I understand times our strange and difficult currently. Then my friend called the office the next day same response. I finally emailed the owner, Alexis Brott, she was very cold to me in her response. In my application, I said I would like to bring my cats. There was a section that asks what kind of animal and describe on the application. She told me they were a pet free environment. Why would you have that on your application if you were a pet free complex? Also I mentioned if need be I can get the proper documentation for an emotional support animal. Her manner of response prompted me to come here on Yelp to warn others. The people that work for Brott Property are unhelpful and the owner is rude and uncaring. read more
