*We had heard good things about this firm, but overall our experience with Mr. Waite was very…read morenegative and we would not recommend his services to others. *The firm was inconsistent on returning calls and emails. Other law firms we have worked with were more responsive and available, quicker to answer questions, and the fees were lower. *There seemed to be a lack of attention to our case. For example, we didn't get a response about time-sensitive settlement issues for almost for six weeks and he was an hour late to our mediation. No apology or explanation. *When we had questions about billing, Mr. Waite charged us for the time to discuss the bill which we understand is not the norm. A discount that was offered during this call was never applied and emails about it went unanswered. *Mr. Waite scheduled a medical appointment on the same week of the most crucial depositions and did not inform us that he was not going to be available. Instead, less than 48 hours prior to the depositions starting, an assistant told us that another lawyer would stand in. It was extremely stressful and disappointing. We felt the depositions and ultimately our case were severely compromised because of inadequate representation. We decided after this to settle the case because we had no confidence in their abilities. *After we approved of an initial settlement offer and indicated we wanted to take it, Mr. Waite refused to answer our questions about it because he wanted to rewrite the whole document. We said we did not want him to do that and asked again to please advise, which he did not. *Mr. Waite filed to be removed from our case during the final stages of our settlement agreement but never told us, his client(!) He informed the opposing council and our co-plaintiff but did not tell us that he was stepping down as our lawyer. This was both unprofessional and discourteous.

At a crucial juncture in the case, Mr. Waite refused to answer our questions and instead used sarcasm to criticize our opinions and decisions. He even filed to step down as our lawyer and did NOT INFORM US. He told the opposing party, however. Avoid!
