Probably the only gripe I have is a couple times I've been here it looked a bit disorganized and somewhat rundown, but the past few times it was neat and orderly. The customer service there has always been very good as I've never had a problem with any of the staff and every one of them seemed very friendly and willing to help. I will at least give credit where credit is due as the staff at this location is a LOT better than those arrogant pricks at the now defunct MMI Music. Guitar Center was one of the reasons I quit shopping at MMI and a few years after this Guitar Center location opened up MMI had closed its doors for good and to be honest, I wasn't sad to see them go. This place has the audacity to try and create a parity between US Navy Blue Angel Flight Team who serves our country with honor and integrity with their business that clearly has neither. I say this because, I took my Gretsch 5422TG Electric Guitar to this business for what I thought would only be couple of minor repairs. This included a possible replacement of the first fret on the neck and to fix the two strap buttons on the guitar. I did not expect it would cost me very much ... I was thinking maybe $100 to $150 dollars. What I got instead, was an attempt by this company to try and cheat me, a retired service member and senior citizen out of my hard earned money. The sales person behind the counter stated that they would need to level the entire guitar fret board and drill out the two strap buttons and replace them. This would cost me about $500.00, which is nearly half the total cost of a new guitar. In closing, I would advise anyone going to this place business to RUN AWAY as fast as possible. It is a "Rip Off" without honor or integrity!!! Shameful
