I repeated that I didn't want gel polish, and they told me, "It's ok, it's not gel without the lamp." I even asked if it would come off with normal remover and they said yes. Well, guess what--it won't come off! Now I'm stuck having to go somewhere else to pay to get this taken off, and my nails will likely be damaged in the process from buffing which is why I haven't used gel in years! How does a nail salon not even have regular nail polish? They flat-out lied to me, and I will never be back.

I no longer have to spend time drawing brows on. Just get out of bed, wash my face and there they are. I don't even have to worry about uneven, artificial looking eyebrows. In fact, I was so impressed with Autumn's expertise that I recently scheduled a Smokey eyelash enhancement. I'm not the type of person to wear makeup, except maybe once or twice a year, as it takes too long to put on and I'm out of practice. Now, I don't have to worry about eyeliner or mascara. Permanent makeup is the only way to go. Saves time, money and I don't have the hassle of applying brow pencil, eyeliner or mascara and then having to make sure it's still there hours later.

I went in asked for blonde, showed pictures of blonde I liked. and had blonde in my hair already with grown out roots due to pregnanc. I was there for several hours. had my hair in a ton of foils . paid almost $300 and when I left my hair looks exactly the same except shorter. you can even see the root line very very plainly still. I'm truly devastated by this. i wasn't able to get my hair done for a year. and the time before that was really really bad. at this point I haven't had my hair blonde or looking like me in almost 2 years. I feel I just paid the world's most expensive haircut and wasted over 2 hours of my life. I had a very important job interview that I'm now going to cancel for bc my confidence is completely shot. I can't even afford to go somewhere else for at least 6 months due to budgeting. This isn't just bad work it's just plain wrong. you're a stylis, you know what blonde is, and you know how to dye hair. but your "work" shows otherwise.
