I have been getting my brows done by Erin since before she had her own brow business. She shapes them so perfectly for my face, I won't let anyone else touch my brows! When she went on maternity leave, I did my own very light maintenance until she returned. When she had to shut down due to Covid, I again lightly maintained my brows until she reopened. I am very disappointed in this company. I chose them based on their mostly high reviews, even though a few weeks ago, someone else had noted that aesthetician Mackenzie had cancelled on them with no notice. I had hoped that the same thing would not happen to me. I scheduled an appointment for a brow service, which was confirmed by the company, and then the next day, only hours before my scheduled appointment, I received a text saying that it was cancelled because Mackenzie was not feeling well. How about don't confirm my appointment? Or remove the day off of your scheduling portal? Given that this happened apparently a few weeks prior to my own experience, it seems to be a trend. This appointment was inflexible as I was leaving next day to fly out to my sister's wedding. I rather they never confirmed my appointment and I could have gone elsewhere. Further, I moved meetings around in order to accommodate this appointment. I am an attorney, so when I make a booking, and it is CONFIRMED, I expect that it will be honored. This is not a good showing of professionalism. Canceling at the last minute affects people's lives and schedules and sends a careless message. I will not be using this company in the future and won't recommend it to any of my friends who value their time. read more

I used to go to Damone Roberts in Beverly Hills to do my eyebrows, but after moving to South OC, the drive is too much for me. After reading on their reviews, I decided to give them a try. They were really accommodating with my schedule. I decided to have Erin do my eyebrows. After she asked me what I would like done with my eyebrows, Erin explained to me that they use stencil and that my eyebrows would look like sisters not twins, which makes sense because they can't be exactly alike. Erin charged me $30 for being first time customer, which I don't mind. I'm allergic to wax so she literally tweezed all the little hairs around my eyebrows, which I feel really appreciative about. After 30 minutes, my eyebrows shape look great! No more bushy eyebrows! I got many compliments on the shape of my eyebrow. She was really nice and told me that if I can bare just letting them grow for a few weeks she will shape them for me and teach me how to maintain it. It was a rough few weeks but I managed. Absolutely five stars for Erin. I've been working with her for a couple of years. She's an expert - an artist really - in what she does. She is: meticulous, hard working, caring, thoughtful, honest, gifted, upholds the greatest standards of care and cleanliness, and a skillful, trained professional. When I first began working with her, my brows were a bit all over the place. From going to Anastasia to random brow folks in NYC, I always felt like there was a missing "strategy" - something wasn't quite right, or something was just "left off" of the service. I found Erin first on Yelp, and left delighted, excited, amazed - and best of all, two of my friends asked what I had "just done" because my face "somehow looked different, more refreshed." It's called shaping brows to your facial features/structure! She quickly moved me from the high arch strategy that the others had been using to a petite one, which was a fuller look. She left the areas to fill in alone and let them do so in due-time. She advised me on how to fill them in, how to highlight underneath in just a few seconds, and has never asked me to buy product (although I have asked her!) or upsell anything - ever. She's honest, and really cares about her clients. Her work is truly stellar, and I am fully confident completely recommending her. You will walk in to soothing but upbeat music, a great candle (I always wonder where she gets them and really, really need to buy the same), a cool chic vibe (not trendy, just chic - beautiful) studio with comfortable and skillful teammates who are all kind, easily accessible, easy to schedule appointments with and just all around generous.
