The woman there greeted me and immediately began working on my brows. About 12 minutes into the appointment, I received a call from The Lash Lounge and realized I was at the wrong place. I answered and explained the honest mix-up. I even offered to reschedule and apply the $34 fee to a future appointment. I was polite and very apologetic, fully aware that their brow tech was left waiting. Unfortunately, I was met with zero empathy and told I'd be charged the full amount, no exceptions. Brow Threading told me this kind of confusion has happened before. If that's the case, maybe a little flexibility would go a long way--especially for new clients. Bottom line: mistakes happen. But how a business handles them says everything. The Lash Lounge chose to charge me for a service I didn't receive instead of offering any kind of understanding. I won't be going back. If you're in the area, I highly recommend Brow Threading Beauty Salon instead--16+ years of experience and truly kind service.

I avoided showering or getting my lashes wet for two full days after the service, but my lashes fell within just 5 days. Typically, a lash lift lasts me at least a month. Usually, I would have no problem with a change of appointment but anything that worked for me was unavailable. The waxing was pretty gentle and she did a great job of getting all the hair. My little strip looked horrible though. It was uneven and I am not happy with how it looked. I purchased a groupon so I suppose you get what you pay for.
