This is probably the worst threading I have ever had, I only went here because my regular girl was not available that day. After I got home I could clearly see the missed areas that where not threaded so I had to tweeze. Do not waste your money I would not recommend this shop. read more

I'd give it a 0 but that's not possible so I'll give it a 1 . First one of the ladies didn't listen to what I wanted when i said I wanted a arch instead of a round shape and she said no. I was okay with the shape I was given with but then we got henna involved . She left it in for 30 minutes when she said Only 10 minutes. Customer service is horrible. Took her to get though 4 clients before she took the henna off. After she took it off she used water & left me with half of the tiny still on. So the reason for my 3 star review is because they literally always do an amazing job except for my last visit. As soon as I got there the lady was sick and blew her nose then touched her nose and didn't sanitize or wash her hands or anything. I should've spoken up about it but I didn't bc I didn't wanna seem rude or stuck up but I regret that I didn't now. Because I'm sick now. You honestly should not be going to work sick, and if u are at least sanitize before doing someone's brows! She was breathing all over my face sniffling and coughing and my brows turned out way to think and uneven. I'm very upset. This place is horrible!! My sister and I came to get a clean up and she messed up my sisters eyebrows. She left one super thin!! When she only asked for a clean up!! And she did a henna on my eyebrows and it was just a mess!! She didn't even go along with my eyebrows!! She just placed the henna all over m eyebrows & the henna didn't even stay on! I usually go to the brow shapes at Manchester Mall because there is never a complaint but lately I have gone to the one in front of Fashion fair since it is more convenient. Let me tell you that was a wrong decision the last time I went the lady left my eyebrows undone that I had to do them on my own. They were uneven and not even close to what I payed for. I will not be going to this location anymore I rather make the drive to Manchester Mall. So if anyone is thinking about coming here try a different location. read more
