My brothers bail was posted and the Owner named Will gave us 5 different reasons why the paperwork had not been delivered by someone he was sending name "Kasaih" which she said call herself "Kat".. The jail clerk told us it's not us we are ready to release him but the Bail bondsman has to bring the surety paperwork that's all we are waiting on. He lead us on for 5 hours saying but he told us when we chose him to do the bond that 'kat" would be at the jail in about 15 minutes and that 15 minutes turned into 5 hours and several excuses!!! Will also hung up on us when we called and asked him to just tell us the truth and he then stated he was in the hospital having an MRI done and he was trying to "quarterback" everything from the hospital and that the paperwork would get to the jail when it got there because there was nothing we could do because the bail was done and he was not refunding the money so we could get another bail bondsman that could go ahead and process the bond and bring the paperwork and then he asked us what did we want him to do????? This was the owner named Will and when "Kat" arrived she stated he had just contacted her and she stated that they do things like this all the time, "the way they wanna do them" she shook her head no when we told her that he said she was 15minutes away and that they had just called me to come and I am just the messenger. If I could give him a zero I would but I had to give this one so I could do this review!! DO NOT USE BLACK BOXX BAIL BONDS in Myrtle Beach!!!!! You will regret it if you do!!!!!
