This was the second estate agent that we used to sell our house, the first one being pathetic. Brown & Co were far more professional from the outset, and we were impressed by their attitude. The sales brochures were very attractive and they were very pro-active and helped us organise open days and features in the Scunny Telegraph to help sell the house, which we did in the end following a minor bidding war. Their head office dealt with the invoicing and sadly made a bit of a bodge of that, but the agency themselves were about as good as you could hope to get. read more
