We THOUGHT the roadside service did a good job replacing the tires but about 6 hours we were proven wrong. Luckily we stopped to rest right near Libby's (at the pilot truck stop) for the night. We woke up to find the tire flat AGAIN. The truck repair next door (L&M) was of no help (told us to drive to walmart despite a hole in the tire so big you could put your hand in it), so my husband walked into the Pilot and Angie, the kind manager suggested Libby's. Libby's was helpful from the second we called them. They not only found the tire we needed, but got to work putting it on, gave us helpful advice, and we were on our way within a couple hours. Suddenly our pick up issued an overheating warning and we had to pull off to the side of a busy I-65 highway. After quickly checking for tow and repair companies, I called AR Towing & Repairs. Alfonso and his daughter, Ruby, thankful answered and came out immediately. We had a shredded fan belt. They drove us back to his shop, offered us chairs and water and got to work. Within 90 minutes, our truck was fixed AND he checked the rest of the engine compartment to make sure nothing else was damaged.
