I was…read moregiven an estimated arrival time of 70 minutes by the Roadside Assistance Rep from the insurance company. BWM was there in 40 minutes. Blake the driver for BWM was great. Fast and professional. Friendly and compassionate he helped make an our day better with his positive attitude and friendly manner. He was careful and efficient loading our car. Good job BWM thanks for being there today and getting us to the dealership for car repairs.

I gave them a call for tow service, they sent over these clowns from MARTIN MOTORS TOWING & RECOVERY SALES & SERVICE 502 Second Ave. North Lewisburg, TN 37091, The driver lifted my car 2/3 feet in the air and then told his partner to drive off in my car while the rear of my car was still in the air, the driver took off and ripped my bumper broke my tail lights as my car slammed to the street, I was in disbelief, I asked the driver why did he tell him to drive off and my car was still in the air on his hoist, he said "WHAT DO YOU EXPECT" " ( My God the man drove up in a big flat bed truck) as I answered him saying not this shit he told the partner to put my car back where it was because I didn't appreciate what they did, I told him not to get in my car again I'm calling the police, the partner with his fist balled up was charging towards me saying don't talk to my dad like that, his dad stepped in and told him no" (Lord have Mercy) I nearly lost my religion that day, they started to piece my car together before the police arrived, no report was taken I was told this is a civil matter, the owner of the Martin Motors showed up trying to make light of the situation as pieces of my car laid on the ground, I picked up the pieces and called my insurance company. And guess what? NOONE APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR DAMAGING MY VAN, this is a true story, I know it sound too good to be true but it is, MARTIN MOTORS TOWING & RECOVERY SALES & SERVICE 502 Second Ave, North Lewisburg, TN 37091 do not do good quality work, they messed me UP, I would not recommend them to anyone at all, never ever in my lifetime, I made a report to AAA I hope they pull the contract they have and drop Martin Motors. Libby's was so kind and wonderful to deal with. We are from…read moreIL on our first trip with our new RV and had two flat tires in Lebanon IN. We THOUGHT the roadside service did a good job replacing the tires but about 6 hours we were proven wrong. Luckily we stopped to rest right near Libby's (at the pilot truck stop) for the night. We woke up to find the tire flat AGAIN. The truck repair next door (L&M) was of no help (told us to drive to walmart despite a hole in the tire so big you could put your hand in it), so my husband walked into the Pilot and Angie, the kind manager suggested Libby's. Libby's was helpful from the second we called them. They not only found the tire we needed, but got to work putting it on, gave us helpful advice, and we were on our way within a couple hours. Can't thank you enough for being so kind to strangers and not ripping us off! Thank you Libby!

First thing he did was put blocks in front of my tires. He then removed the old one, put the spare on (after having to do a lot of finessing to convince the spare to come out from under my SUV), filled it with air, and was on his way in less than fifteen minutes! I am impressed and will definitely be using him again if needed and highly recommending him if anyone asks about a towing service! Great guy, friendly, and efficient!
