They agreed to refund my money, and I'm waiting to receive it so I can cease interactions with this business. I received the first part of what I needed and paid for ($75), but then emails and calls went unanswered/ignored after I paid the other portion. Services were not rendered for that $175 payment. I'm very disappointed with the lack of response and unprofessionalism, especially as a veteran reaching out for help with a sensitive situation. Update: Now the company is not only posting erroneous personal case information, but replied back not trying to refund my money when they told the BBB they would. This is just bad business. I left a voice mail asking for the refund and filed the BBB case after they ignored it. Magically I received a response to that complaint. Attached below is their response to the BBB that I agreed to and closed the case. This whole interaction continues to worsen, and the owner's response to my Yelp review is disrespectful and appalling. "At no time did the client contact us to request a refund. However, in the interest of goodwill, we are happy to return the $175.00 that she states was paid on March 18, 2025. We take pride in the services we offer and do our best to help every client within the scope of what is realistic and ethical for a licensed investigative agency.
