We are always full of questions about changes with the tax code and write offs, etc and we always get the answers we need with no issues. I highly recommend AAA for tax preparation services. They are very busy during tax time of year so make your appointment ASAP. We've not had an issue getting on the schedule though because they take appointments late into the evening. COVID TIP - This year we dropped off our tax forms, they prepared them, then called us to answer our questions.

After completing taxes , tax consultant Sharon Pontrello said it the cost was $412., I said O MY GOOD. Then the manager came in. She ask Sharon what my cost was last year? Sharon said it was $98. The manager said give him $189. discount. I will definitely be going some place different next year.

After asking 2 times (at the beginning AND) after I paid I asked and was told I would be getting the card in the mail. Even made a comment that I was getting more from card then what I paid. Recieved letter (stapled to a flyer) that said because I didn't spend 150$ I was inelegiable. I re called and confirmed who I spoke with who said I would be getting a card then called hq in lockport. After he called the tax preparer she stated she never told me even though we had just gotten off the phone and she confirmed what we discussed at my appointment. Liars and terrible service. DONT GO HERE.
