Not a huge problem in and of itself, but they never fixed the fence, offered to fix it, or even said as much as an I'm sorry. When Bellingers was owned by Randy Bellinger , things were done right and taken care of responsibly . Since then , their service has lacked integrity and professionalism . We had new plantings in front of our house and asked that they not be over grown and on top of each other, but after 2 years of growth, they are all over grown into each other and looks a mess. They said it would not be over crowded !!! Wrong !!!!! We also had a 22 year old tree die on us , a red oak , due to the lack of responsible action by them. But when I called again, I left an angry message, wondering why they never did arrive. But no one even bothered to call back. What a disappointment. I thought they were a great company....until this. If they never intended to show up, I wish they would have told me up front. Starting spring clean up in the heat of July was no fun on our part. He came immediately and gave me a very reasonable quote. Since I contacted him latre in the day, he came the next day and removced the trees. In addition he pointed out another nearly dead tree and removed that one as well. When I arrived at home one could not trell that he had removed the trees. He even cleaned my 150' driveway of the fallen acorns and leaf debris. I have used other tree removal services and some were very destructive to the surrounding vegetation and others were outrageously expensive. Virgil was a great combination of service and cost. I will definetly use him to trim my other trees.
