Mr. and Mrs. Waits offer a title pawn services at this location and allowed me to use our title as security. They even covered the bond fee that I couldn't afford and allowed me to basically create my own payment plan in installments so I could afford this. They were gracious, professional, kind, thoughtful, compassionate, expedient and were not even the slightest bit condescending towards me during one of the most embarrassing experiences of my life. As a matter of fact, as they were walking me though the whole process and clarifying as we went, they were both very reassuring that this would NOT be the end of the world for either of us, that I should absolutely NOT equate myself to the decisions of those I love, and that opinions held by other people in our little busy-body small-town are NOT definitive of our personal character. People make mistakes, were only human. It truly renewed my spirit to have had the time to speak with them and I am eternally grateful.
