I know the rewards program is just a way to get you back, but it works! I do go back to redeem my cash reward, and then some. I bought an item and a matter of minutes after leaving discovered it was broken, I took it back with recept and was told there was nothing they could do since they "don't do refunds" and after pointing out that Australian Consumer Law means they must provide a refund or replacement if such a thing happens, I was told that it "didn't matter" and was ignored and shunned from the store. This location doesn't have much for make-up and toiletries, but you can usually pick up a few things you need. Today, I bought 2 tops and some tights. Need to stock up on basics. There is almost always a long line here at the cashiers, but it moves fast and efficiently.
