Either way my husband and I heard the entire conversation including the one girl telling her boyfriend she wanted him to get the name Mia and a heart tattooed on his ass. This leads me to believe her name ia Mia. The other girl is Sierra. At no point in time did either girl leave the phone call or the register to aee if we needed help finding anything. Some retraining is needed ASAP.

While you do pay more for these brands it's worth it because you do get what you pay for. So I did , they didn't help my feet at all. Took back to BROWN Shoe store on Monday. The clerk he wouldn't refund because there was a pebble in one of the cracks in the bottom of the boot. The new location is incredibly open and has massive amounts of natural light which makes the space feel inviting. The staff is always super helpful and made sure to take care of any questions that we had. The new location in combination with the shoe company aspect has changed what is offered in the store a little bit away from the straight running store aspect but there is no issue with that. The options are still nice with a consistent rotation of new items throughout the year.
