I spoke with a woman named Kelly who was so incredibly rude, telling me that she wouldn't be doing anything to help me get my items. When I asked for information about a refund she HUNG UP ON ME! I have already told our organization about this incident and they have agreed that due to my experience and the trouble they had on their own that Decker will no longer be receiving their business. I have never been treated so poorly over the phone. Avoid, avoid, avoid.
