Jamie J was my driver, and he was fantastic--I was really stressed out having waited for almost 2 hours (NOT McCoy's fault--lots of miscommunication on AAA's end) and had an equally stressed out dog. Jamie was so kind, calm and efficient, and he let me and my pup ride in the VERY clean and comfortable cab with him. He towed me all the way to a dealership in Nashville, and was able to jump the car enough to close all the open windows. I really appreciate him and McCoy's service! My husband went to our local mechanic who saw nothing wrong with the the ball joints or alignment and we paid $80.00 to turn two rotors and replace a tie rod end. Car fixed. This company lied and was going to bilk us out of over $700 for work that not only wasn't needed, but wouldn't have fixed the problem. Go elsewhere.
