I walked in there and there wasn't even one client; just two hairdressers who were pigging out on fast food. They said "Julie" had stepped out. I was glad it didn't come to their heads that one of them could have cut my hair. Obviously they have enough work to pay their bills. A haircut there costs $25 plus the tip. By the way, the girl who recommended this place to me just had highlights done there and they were awful. You can see one line of highlights that go along a crooked line near her part, nowhere near her scalp. I can do a better job, literally.
