She is so sweet and makes sure you're comfortable through the process. She offers various services. I have recommended her to family and friends and will continue to do so. I did my browse, micro blading with Tommy. I'm very happy with the result. I will attach the picture. Also she listen to whatever you want and she does the best job. She matched the color with my hair, color and skin tone. I love the way that it came out the shape is amazing. You can see her job on your Instagram too . Before she starts. She's drawing and you will see an approval and then she will work on top of that. As you can see my picture, she's very professional. She loves whatever she do. I will attach the picture now thank you Tommy.

Tommy is the sweetest person ever! Scheduling my appt with her was so easy. She microbladed my eyebrows and I love them! She was so attentive and made my eyebrows look amazing! If you're thinking of trying any of her services you won't regret it! She's the best!

I absolutely love her work!!! She is my go to for brows. Went in for Microblading today and came out with gorgeous looking brows. Tommy made me feel very comfortable throughout the process. She first sketches out an outline then you confirm if you like it or would want to make any adjustments. Numbing cream is applied before the Microblading begins. It takes about 30 minutes after numbing has been applied. Then after a few applications, you are all set. You walk out feeling like a queen

If you want picture perfect brows this is the person to go to. Tommy is just a truly skilled artist. I've gone to fancy and overly priced places and none of them compare to her. She just knows what looks good ... a strong (not Groucho like), well shaped, nicely arched (not overly done like Ronald McDonald) brows. Absolutely love Tommy! I first got my brows microbladed with her several months ago, and I had never done it before so didn't really know what to expect. I was scared of getting something really unnatural that didn't fit my face, and Tommy really listened to my concerns and gave me a very natural color and shape that I love! My eyebrows (and whole face really) are super asymmetrical and she was able to even them out more in a way that fits with my face. I'm super happy with her work and her pricing is fantastic too. Since the trend for the last two years have been the laminated fluffy brow, I haven't shaped by brows and have worked with my natural shape But before then, I had the perfect arched brow and I miss that clean shape. Honestly I thought this can't be true that so many people like this service this much but I get it now! She checks all the boxes! Fast? Check. Pain free? My lip always has me crying and this was the FIRST time I didn't. Check! Efficient? She knew before I could say anything exactly what I wanted! Check! Clean? The only woman I have trusted to get my microblading from. Here is a photo from my touch-up! I can't wait for them to heal so I can be full glam! She is the sweetest and really listens to what you're looking for and makes sure you love the mapping of what she's going to do before anything is permanent! I've had mine done before and had to tattoo remove them off(different brow tech in a diff state) so I know from experience the scare you may have. This was probably the strangest eyebrow threading experience I've had…read more I stopped in for a quick eyebrow threading and tint. The younger employee who was helping me was kind, but while I was trying to explain what I wanted, an older woman repeatedly talked over me so the younger employee couldn't even hear me. It came across as incredibly rude and unprofessional. I don't know why some people think it's acceptable to speak over their employees like that, especially in front of customers. It created an uncomfortable atmosphere from the very beginning. After I had to move my car, I came back and asked if I could use the restroom before my appointment. I was told they don't have a restroom for customers, so I said I would cancel the tint and just do the threading because I needed to leave sooner. Only after I said I wanted to cancel the tint did they suddenly tell me I could use the neighboring business's restroom if I told them I came from their salon. At that point it was the principle of the matter. If you're unwilling to accommodate customers until they're about to cancel a service, it doesn't leave a great impression. Even after I explained I wanted to cancel the tint, I was repeatedly asked if I wanted to keep it anyway. I finally had to say I was ready to check out because I was becoming uncomfortable. The threading itself was okay overall, although the left eyebrow was noticeably more painful than the right. What made the experience even more uncomfortable was that the older woman stood there watching the younger employee perform the entire service. Instead of allowing the technician to work independently, she hovered over her the whole time, making it feel like I was sitting in the middle of a training evaluation rather than enjoying a relaxing appointment. Getting your eyebrows done should be a pleasant experience. Instead, the atmosphere felt tense, uncomfortable, and unnecessarily stressful. She also had the audacity to ask me out of nowhere if I had cash or only a card for no benefit to myself. Only a card you're welcome for the payment. I have cash but not for you. Unfortunately, I won't be returning. One other thing that stood out: I arrived around 4:30 PM, and the business advertises that it's open until 7:30 PM. When I first came in, I also asked about getting a brow lamination, but I was told I had to make an appointment in advance. That's perfectly fine if that's their policy. However, when I left, there were no customers in the salon and both technicians were available. One of them even asked if I wanted to schedule a lamination appointment, but by that point I declined. I came in ready to pay for threading, a tint, and a brow lamination, but because of the overall experience, I ended up getting only the threading. That's a completely preventable loss of business and an unfortunate example of customer service driving away a paying customer. UPDATE: To the terrible manager Raman who responded below. I see why the service is the way it is. What part of talking over a customer don't you understand? Is it reading minds or talking over customers the only two options to you and your unprofessionalism? Yes, I was told there was free parking in the back. I moved my car to the back and there was no open parking in your spots and I told you all that, you twit. So what's your point aside from showing your aggressive temper with baseless retaliatory points as a "manager?" And who said I felt pain in my upper lip? You need to take a breather lol. Your response below says a lot about you and you as a representative of this establishment.

I've been to many of the known "influencer" type microblading artists in LA, and they all did a horrible job. Tommy SAVED my eyebrows!
