I was VERY clear when I set this appointment up on the phone that this is why I was coming in. In the span of five minutes he managed to completely disagree with my prior pulmonologist and ENT, insult the latter, and tell me that I didn't know my body. Two things that were not in his control were also discussed briefly, and rudely. $50 for less than five minutes with the actual doctor when I should have been told on the phone he wouldn't do this procedure for my condition. My regular doctor referred us to Dr. Ringwald. He would ask a question and when you go to answer he would cut you off and ramble out several more questions. He never once listened for an answer. I came for several trips and extensive allergy testing. Rather than looking for an immune system issue he told me I have allergies and told me to take Zyrtec everyday. I took Zyrtec as directed for a year and still suffered a cold every month. He told me if I got sick to come to him for evaluation. I came for one visit when i was sick he told me it had a cold and to see my regular doctor. A month later I was sick again, made an appointment and when I showed up. While waiting they told me Dr. Ringwald would not see me again, that I was sick and to go back to my regular doctor again. Treating allergies was not the cure and he didn't want to face his mistake.

Nobody ever sent over the form to get the C T done and now because I have to try to get a hold of his office through the Henry Ford health system I'm either on hold forever or I get disconnected by their phone system so how am I supposed to get a hold of a real human at his office to see what's going on with my C T scan?
