When I called to constructively share this experience with the owner, Megan, I was met with a confrontational and rude response. Rather than addressing the product quality, she BLAMED me for making a last-minute purchase and told me I was "welcome not to return to her store". And for the record, I was not seeking a refund but simply wanted to provide feedback as a fellow business owner - after all, we can't improve things we don't know about. Due to the poor product quality, unprofessional decorating skills and very unprofessional customer service, I will not be returning. Save your money - a Walmart cake would have been a much better choice.

Baby, Sweet Rain had me in a chokehold, just strangling me, hunty! She pulled me in with the red velvet cake, but then someone else was talking about the Twinkie. And have y'all tried the Oreo red velvet? everything was good, and my favorite was the red velvet cake. I had to go get a second one of those. When i say chokehold! I went to Atlanta to next week for the Vegan Day Party and made sure they were my first stop! The owners are so kind and full of energy that they truly make you feel welcomed.
