The store is attractive and is easy to follow, there is a good number of employees working in the store to ask for help when needed. I did find it interesting that the products sold in the store had price-tags listing a number of currencies, including the Krone of Norway, the Pound of the UK, and the Euro of the EU including the Netherlands, prices did seem cheaper in pounds, and slightly more expensive in euros, but the difference was only small. They had a nice selection of clothing, and a couple of miscellaneous items and mugs, some items better value than others, but certainly worth a look for sure. 4*

The shop is peppered with quotes and images of her style inspirations: strong, independent female icons like Frida Kahlo and Amelia Earhart. I concur. Much of the signature blue Delft pottery you might see back in Amsterdam and other city centers let alone the world are mimics and you'll see why not only when you see the process but when you see the price. Very, very expensive. We purchased a small 'ashtray' sized piece for decoration and that was a whopping 27.50 Euro. It's expected as much of the process from start to finish is handmade and their shop is so beautiful. Definitely a place to see if you're in Delft on your own or part of a tour group!!!

We took a tour with the manager's wife who was delightful and extremely accommodating. The tour of the factory is quite interesting and takes 15-20 minutes. The quality of the craftsmanship is unquestionable. Everything is hand made. Their signature design is a peacock. They will also do custom designs for you. Unlike a previous review, I did not find their prices to be over the top for hand painted and designed pottery. Unlike the other factory in town, there is no charge for the tour. This is a must see while visiting Delft!
