What a dumb request. ! Refuses to see or help you if you can't give him brokerage statements. The set up for the consultation was strange... couldn't even get an appointment. For a month, makes. You have to jump through all kinds of hoops if you were lucky enough to get consult to cancel or reschedule... never had a real chance to see his work in action, because he shut me down before I could even have a consultation. I've only encountered one other law firm in town that was near this bad... the rest do leave a lot to be desired, but seem better than this man. If he is too booked or just doesn't want you as a client he should just.come out and say so from the beginning !

Her face was red, and I noticed, and she said she had had a facial treatment and it burned and that was why it was red... what did that have to do with my meeting I paid $309 for and that she was nearly an hour late for? She also remarked 3 or 4 times that her daughter was graduating that week on Friday, this was Monday, and she was busy with that, so she would not have time to really get to anything of mine for a week or more. To call her after a week or so, and see what she found out. I did that, but it was futile, because I got the run around, " she is in court today, she will call you later. " That never happened , so I did what I said I did in the previous review, and called about 3 wks later and just told them to forget it. After a month prior scheduling and over $300. just for consultation, and having to explain why I was there at least 3 more times after I had to explain initially when setting up consultation, and for the consultation that I learned nothing in, except that she had a facial that turned her face red, and her daughter was graduating, I figured, this was just a scam. I wrote another review on a different site, and she answered with something like sorry, we treat all our customers like family, well, if this is the way she treats her family.... It sure did not feel like family to me ! Case Closed!

I don't think,…read morebut I have come to the conclusion and have found out after two years that it was not them that lied to me when they said they would take the case it was my prior lawyer that I was trying to get away from that lied to me. He told me that the HUSEMAN law Firm said they weren't going to get involved with my case and so I kind of thought they had abandoned me and thought that they had lied to me and that made me stick back with the prior lawyer. So he caused all the confusion and the mixup and made me think that they were the ones that didn't want to work with me. So I got angry and wanted all my papers back from that Law Firm and the prior lawyer that I was trying to get away with it told me oh I had to. I'm having a runner pick them up and I contacted the HUSEMAN law Firm and told the assistant to the attorney that I was going to hire , that I thought was going to take the case, we'll just call him J. And I told that assistant, Mr. Guzman, that they had no right and they better not send my papers back with a runner or they had no right to give my papers back to that lawyer that they were my papers and I wanted them back. And they sent them back via certified mail. So I've gone for two years thinking that they were the ones that did me wrong and it wasn't them at all, it was the prior lawyer, with his lies and deceit that caused me to get angry and write a horrible review for the HUSEMAN Law Firm, and in particular the lawyer J.. I retract everything that I said in my negative reviews here about them at the HUSEMAN Law Firm. They were very professional people, and helpful to me, and it was because of an unprofessional lawyer that I was made to believe that they had lied and gone behind my back and talked to the prior lawyer about not taking the case. I feel very bad about this, but I do believe they are a very good Law Firm, and I'm sorry I didn't give them a fair shake to begin with, instead of automatically getting angry, and not trying to find out their side of the story.
