I've eaten here several times and the food is always great and well worth the wait. I often eat alone and like to be seated at a table when possible instead of fighting for elbow room at the counter. This often means I get less attention from staff than the tables with multiple folks. Today I could not get a refill on my coffee and when my food was placed in front of me I was told the restaurant is out of clean silverware. I didn't even know how to react to that. This establishment is a bit more family friendly in comparison to some of the other brunch spots in the valley. Cleanliness: Seems to be well maintained. Brunch Snob is a very popular place, so be ready for a long wait. I went on a weekend so it was completely understandable. You can join the waitlist here through the app. They have both indoor and outdoor seating and the menu has both breakfast and lunch options. I ordered the wings which I was not a big fan of, I like a crispier wing but that is just personal preference. For my meal I ordered the birria tacos, which I also did not love. It's not the traditional birria that I am used to so I wouldn't order that again. The cinnamon was a total hit though, we thoroughly enjoyed that with a coffee. Having visited their Ahwatukee location after golf a while back, we were excited they opened this second location near our home. Brunch Snob is very original in their fun if irreverent tee shirts worn by their staff. The decor is airy with sassy quotes on the walls and the ceiling dripping with artificial Wisteria (I think) tendrils. The menu is interesting, varied and fun. It was a busy morning for the restaurant but I joined the waitlist through Yelp so I was sat right away. The waiter who serviced me and my friend had a welcoming attitude and was always checking up on us to make sure we had an enjoyable time. The food we ordered was amazing. The dishes were a cheesy omelette with chorizo added, a side pancake, and the brunch bowl. Salt was needed to increase the flavor a little, but besides that, the dishes were flavorful and delicious. The potatoes in both dishes were cooked perfectly - neither too crispy or too soft. Although, I will say there was a difference between the sets of potatoes in our dishes. The pancake was light and fluffy. We ate it too fast and forgot to take a picture, but take our word for it! One of the best pancakes I've had so far. Checkout was quick and we didn't need to wait forever for the waiter to drop off and pick up the bill. The waiter thanked us and sent us off. Done some hiking at North Mountain Preserve and decided to stop in for some breakfast. We had our dogs with us, but they have a pet friendly patio so no issue. The place was fairly crowded, but we got a table within ~15 minutes. The menu is actually quite large. We opted for two variants of chicken and waffles - the Mother Clucker and the Crazy Clucker. Both were fantastic! One is a sweet / spicy version with jalapenos and syrup while the other one is a savory version with sausage gravy. The chicken is very good - moist and tender - not over cooked. The wait was about an hour and 15 minutes, so I'll start there by saying it's not worth it. The food was okay, not bad but nothing great. I prefer regular bacon over chicken fried but that's my preference. The waiter however did get our order wrong when we wanted hash browns instead of potatoes and the egg over medium because my friend was pregnant. My water did go empty which I feel is waiter101. Did I say the food was good? I had a Belgium waffle, scrambled eggs, and hash browns. I went for those golden moist yellow eggs and I knew these were farm-raised. I next decided to go for that tall golden-brown Belgium waffle with sweet butter, and warm pure maple syrup, omg it was heavenly. We were seated on the patio and it was so nice out there. The weather was perfect in April. My husband and I both ordered the Crazy Clucker so we could get a taste of everything I thought sounded good. The chicken thigh was done to perfection--so tender and good. The sausage gravy sent it over the top. The chicken fried bacon was also good. The hash browns were delicious, too. Except for the potatoes, everything was piled between halves of a biscuit with melted cheese, as well. The proportions were sizable and I needed a to-go box for most of it. My husband didn't need a take home box. . Inside the restaurant, all the high top stools and bar stools had cutesy names such as "sassy", "naughty", "slick", etc. The food menu is sizable and clever as well as the cocktail menu.
