And…read morefollowing a resounding "No", they proceeded to somehow understand each other enough to secure us a reservation for 7 people at 8 pm. This occurred around 7:30 on the same night. When we arrived, we watched as the waitress finished filling out the menu for the evening. We also saw the cooks prepping for the night. Soon afterwards we were welcomed in and the waitress promptly brought over the menu board and translated the entire thing for us. Her name is Sandra and she was wonderful as a waitress.
The food was by far the best I've had in Italy so far (for Italian style) and I live in Italy! Not only was it amazing, but receiving the bill was a shock with how low the numbers were on the bottom. There's no Coperto either. 7 people ate first and mains for less than €100. Impressive.
