At the beginning of the "contract", there was no disclaimer of a cancellation of service fee. Then, he claimed he was giving us a discount on the cancellation fee. Seems to me, he makes the rules on his prices and cancellations prior to disclosure in order to make money when he doesn't do his part; claiming that he can make his own cancellations fees without disclosure in any contract that there is a fee or disclosing direct terms of the initial contract beyond a "maybe". This business is not licensed or registered as an LLC or otherwise with the State of Michigan.
