I'm a regular customer and everytime I go in, they are always so welcoming and helpful. My grandma and I usually go every Saturday and they are so knowledgeable about just about everything. Crystal, Shelly, and Dawn have all been so friendly and helpful when we need suggestions for colors or designs. Pricing is fair, especially since you don't have to pay a studio fee and you can go back however many times it takes to finish your piece. They have good music. We came in on a sat 4 of us. Only 1 lady to help alllll the people coming in. We had no idea what we were doing and the 1 lady was helpful. We had a lovely bachelorette party here. Jordan was AMAZING! She patiently helped me pick out colors for a mug, showing me some tips for creating the design I wanted. We visited Brush Crazy on Mother's Day when they were running a buy one get one 1/2 off deal. Highly recommend making a reservation for events like this as the place was packed. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of projects offered and everyone in our group was able to find something they loved. Prices are a bit than other places I have been to. We spent $300 for 6 people which would have been 2x that without the deal. Drinks and snacks are available for purchase during your visit which is helpful as you will likely spend hours on your project. The staff were kind and as helpful as they could be on such a busy day. I walked in this place not knowing what to expect and it didn't disappoint. The projects selection is varied and truly has something for every one. The prices were a little high but once I realized all of the paints, brushes and guidance that were included it makes sense. I have to give a shout out to Chelsea V who went above and beyond to help my friend and I pick colors and give us pointers on how best to do make our art perfect. I've been a loyal customer of brush crazy for a year, I love it, it's an amazing place. It has so many options in art styles you can choose from, such as glass, ceramic, wood, mosaic, hydro dipping, even instructional canvas painting. But I am having one issue that has made this place fall off my favorites list really fast. The prices have been increasing with no stop. It has become appalling to the point where I am paying $30 dollars for a canvas I could get at hobby lobby for $15. I understand inflation is happening so prices are going to increase, the first increase of prices was reasonable but now it has just become outrageous and shows no clear sign of an end point. If this doesn't change I will be finding a new place to spend my time, and money. read more

Two of the three painted their pets on canvas and the third painted a template design on wood. The instructor for the mosaics class had never done mosaics. She couldn't even help with the painting. She went to the back of the store and we hardly saw her after that. I thought paying for a How To class meant they showed you how, not open studio. They didnt have an example of my chosen m9ssic, just a bunch of painted boards. Beware, they have a lot more charges once you get in the store. This place needs to train their employees and provide much better customer service. I don't expect they'll be in business long. read more
