As we drive there, he gets very excited to go and runs in the door every time! Every staff member greets your dog like he/she is their own. They don't judge or balk at owners who want to bring in blankets or pillows etc to make their boarded dog feel "at home" & safe (which is extra important for those rescue dogs or anxiety ridden dogs).
