We had a lot of issues with quantities (our fault, not Bryan's) but they were creative and when they ran out of something, immediately had an alternative using the Non-Alcoholic drinks we had purchased. I really appreciated their willingness to jump in and take over beverage service. This included refilling water and keeping folks hydrated, which is so important! Bryan tended bar at a Mardi Gras themed party at our home this year with about 90 attendees. We offered several New Orleans signature cocktails as well as some standard mixes. Bryan was the sole bartender for our 100 guest wedding this September, and seemed to serve everyone with charm and without breaking a sweat! From the moment we contacted him, he was quickly responsive and very helpful in planning the event. All the guests enjoyed his expertise with the martini shaker and being able to make suggestions for those guests that said "surprise me".
