Honestly pretty bad. I mean.. it is a side of the road bakery that I was not expecting much from but I was pretty disappointed. I got a raspberry filled pie witch just tasted like pretty dry along with a cheesecake croissant witch was also pretty dry and in the picture you can see how empty it was. The raspberry pies filler was pretty bad. It tasted at lest a day old. read more

It's this tiny, unassuming looking bakery in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin, the contents of which I would put up against the contents of any bakery anywhere. I ran into an emergency situation on Saturday. My niece turns 13 on Sunday. Due to some unforeseen circumstances, we didn't have a cake. I tried everywhere looking for someone to make a cake at last minute. Nobody from Appleton to Milwaukee was willing to do so except for Jose at Bryanna's Bakery. Even though he had a wedding for Sunday and was super busy, he still took the time to make a beautiful birthday cake for my niece's 13th birthday. He even went above and beyond. He told me that he really couldn't do much detailed decorations with the time constraints. Yet, when I picked up the cake he had done everything I asked for. The cake was exquisite. It's such a blessing to have a European quality bakery that is run like a family business! If you are in the FDL area - please don't spend your money anywhere else! This unassuming location and building houses a real, high quality bakery. This bakery has excellent macaroons. It's a cute little bakery that has a nice variety of baked goods. I'm only rating 4/5 stars, however, because I wasn't overly impressed with their wedding cake options. While they offer free cake tastings, they don't offer a very wide variety of cake options. The gentleman who helped us provided us with a catalog of their offerings and provided us with samples of their choosing. I understand this, but I'd like to try samples of our choosing. The samples were very delicious, just not what we had in mind for our wedding cake. The gentleman was very honest in that he only likes to create high quality and unique items and doesn't necessarily go for traditional styled cakes. read more

Amazing! It's a family business and the owner is always to friendly and always shakes our hands! The fruit tarts are fantastic, the pastry itself is never soggy which is very hard to do. The little cakes are great to satisfy your sweet tooth. I recommend them all, honestly, but if you are into chocolate, get the opera cake, tiramisu, chocolate mousse cake, or flourless chocolate cake. (Or them all! If you like fruity cakes, get the raspberry lemon cake, lemon poppyseed, or mango mousse. It doesn't look like much from the outside, but if you come across it, definetely stop by! read more

Was in FDL and saw a bakery so had to stop---large assortment of filled croissants, "Mexican" bakery items and a nice assortment of bars/cookies and small pastrys--had a cheese croissant that was excellent and one of the lemon filled variety that was great on the top half and doughy on the bottom. By far, the best bakery in Fond du Lac, not that we have a whole lot of choice, but still the best in town. But no matter where this place was it would still be a gem of a bakery. The baker/owner is a great guy- very personable and friendly-and puts out a fantastic selection of European and Mexican style pastries, desserts and breads. He has a great selection ranging from just barely sweet, to sugar coma sweet and an awesome selection of French macarons. No matter what we stop in for, a few macarons always seem to make it into the box. And all this wonderful food comes at super reasonable prices. My favorite bakery for fruit tarts. I usually always get macaroons and swan cream puffs also. I always need to get the big box for all my sweets as I can never only get a few. Great sweets! We worked with Bryanna's for a wedding cake recently. The wedding was in FDL but we are not from the area. The entire staff is so friendly and helpful. They were accommodating with our schedule for cake tasting and then delivered a beautiful, delicious cake. On a number of occasions between tasting and the wedding we went out of our way to 'happen to be in the area' so we could purchase some great treats. I discovered this bakery almost a couple years ago and it's the best bakery in the area for sure hands down. VERY reasonably priced and DELICIOUS!!!! Breads of many sorts, pastries, truffles, creme brulee, cheese cakes, huge chocolate strawberries, donuts, more exotic pastries, and the CROISSANTS!!!! Flakey and buttery I love the coconut filled ones but there's more flavors to choose from! It's got something for everyone. Some time I would like to have a party and order their cake. And the staff is friendly and you get to meet the head baker who owns the place and tell him exactly what you like and *poof* the next day there it is set aside for you. This is too good to pass up, easy to get to and good parking IN THE BACK of the corner building. Okay, I have to go there today and I live 25 minutes away, but I go anyway.
