I have repeatedly and politely asked the owners wife to please have her employees aim the shoots on the mowers away from the vehicles. This is happening to many of the cars in the lot as well. She tells me there is "nothing she can do, and maybe I should learn to park somewhere else." She proceeded to hang up on me. Real professional. I would not recommend hiring this company.

On Thursday January 22nd there was a snow storm and neither of our properties were plowed. I contacted Justin on Friday the 23rd asking if he would be plowing, I received no response. I reached out again on Sunday the 25th and he said they would be plowing. They plowed the office but not the Airbnb parking lot. Never heard from them again. They took our money and did not provide the contracted services.
