Also, when he poured us our apple must, he filtered out the cloudy bits. We asked if it was bad, and he explained that it was just pectin, not apple bits, so no nutritional value.
The cod with mushrooms was good, and although we expected it'd have horseradish, maybe the flavour portrait they designed would have been overwhelmed by it. The fish & chips were slightly over fried, but the crushed peas cream sauce it came with was fantastic, and the herbal salted chips were nice. The decor fainlty gives the feel of being in an under water seascape.
