The cod with mushrooms was good, and although we expected it'd have horseradish, maybe the flavour portrait they designed would have been overwhelmed by it. The fish & chips were slightly over fried, but the crushed peas cream sauce it came with was fantastic, and the herbal salted chips were nice. The decor fainlty gives the feel of being in an under water seascape.

I just watched those old dudes and dudesses put the food and drink away followed by a toast. For me it was three kinds of herring (creamed, pickled with Juniper berries and mustard). Really great. Then the fish stew with mussels, salmon, cod, shrimp and crawfish dressed at the table with a clear, tomatoey saffron/fennel broth. A delight. I kept looking at the pots of mussels and frites that were coming up but it will have to wait for another time. Finished with the creme brulee. The staff was attentive and let me sit and people watch helping me translate the menu as necessary. It also looks like the fish market in the front is where you go when you have a kitchen to come home to.
