Their prices are premium, but what to expect from a place like that in SP; included in the price, you can wear their spin shoes, and a towel. If you have your own SPD or SPD-SL cleats bring them, don't just wear your regular sneakers because their pedals are either SPD or SPD-SL, no shoe strap or a regular pedal. They are serious about it, about time! You must be somehow fit or resistant to spin nonstop for 45-60 minutes, and while you are doing it, they'll throw some punch, abs, curls routine, you name it... Ah, the only and main complaint is that through all classes I have taken so far, them all blast teenager dance music. Other than that it's all gravy. Another differential they have are two real time monitors displaying everyone's performance REALTIME! Don't fret though, neither the instructor will come around and adjust the strength nor your name gets displayed there, only bike numbers, phew!

The people at the front desk are always very friendly and the trainers and teachers are all great too. The facility stays really clean and equipment rarely breaks. I also like that all of the machines are clearly labeled so I don't ever have to memorize any names or spend too much time looking around. I'm loving the Zumba classes and the Muay Thai classes I attended. Now for the things I didn't like. There are no yoga classes except acroyoga. I would love to practice vinyasa, ashtanga, yin yoga, hatha, any type of individual yoga practice. Every time I work out in the weight room, I like to stretch at the end of my workout by doing yoga. The upstairs room where the classes are stays mostly empty during the day and I was told I'm not allowed there because it's unsafe for me to be there alone. That's fine. So I practice yoga in the tiny little space in front of the mirror in one corner of the weight room. The space is so small it literally only fits me, which means when I'm using the mats and the mirror, no one else can use the mats and the mirror. That sucks for other people because I do like 20-35 minutes of yoga at a time. It also sucks for me because then I have to feel weird about being there and taking up that space if someone else wants to use it. My training program for the weight room consists of two separate workouts, A and B. I enjoy them both, but I'm bored of them, and the trainer told me I only get new workouts when I do the ones I have 36 different times. 36 times is a lot of times and I'm getting sick of it and I've been changing things here and there on my own because I'm bored of coming to the gym and doing the same things. Bioritmo ones are not bad, but... ply wood as the separators of the several showers there and the lack of shampoo in them is not nice. Trainers are nice and very helpful, and it is not so crowded in the mornings. Again - a nice fitness option for the region, but I've got used to some other ones in the city.

On the down side, I find the price to be quite high and the plans are somewhat convoluted by changing the price based on whether you pay by the month, 3-month, 6-month, 9-month, or annual. Then again, this way of charging is a local trend, so I know it's not unique to Concept. They also offer a number of plan options whether you want to do the standard gym with access to the across-the-street crossfit gym or standard gym with private pilates. Overall, it's a solid 3.5 experience.
