It's 3 minutes and 30 seconds of your day and you leave feeling so refreshed and rejuvenated. The staff explained whole body cryo and it's benefits and answered all the questions I had. They offer great deals and packages with cryo, compression and sauna. Will for sure be going back on a weekly basis.
