It was a boring soccer game…read more I still avoid to waste my time for watching soccer, but now I found Roller Derby - thanks to BERLIN BOMBSHELLS. :-) Actually, watching Berlin Bombshells is fun and makes me happy. This is the only sporting event, I will watch again.

I hate being this person. I never write bad reviews, EVER. But I feel like I must write this one. I…read morehighly recommend using a different sports club. Reasons to avoid Lurich: 1. They take breaks on some of their services, but you don't get refunds for break times. For example, this month, there is a two week pause for one of the sports I pay for, but I still must pay the full monthly fee. 2. Experiences during the actual sports are only OK. Some bad people, lackluster training, etc. Not all bad, but also not great. 3. The worst part. If anything happens that you can't come anymore, they WILL NOT HELP YOU. For example, I just moved to a different part of the city AND I'm leaving the country for five months. DOESN'T MATTER. Zero customer service. They just don't care about you at all, all that matters is that the monthly fee is paid. In the end, I will waste a lot of money on this club because they don't see the value in making their members happy. I hate writing this, because there are some good people in this club that I like a lot, but I still must recommend finding a different one with higher quality services and customer appreciation.
