After doing a little research I found these guys and 2 other companies I was interested I in. I received a call back from D&S the same day, one of the others called a week later and the second never did call me back. The next day they came out, gave me an estimate and due to the seriousness they made time to come the next day and repair the issue. Based off the quality of their work and the ease of working with them I'll definitely be calling them for any more repairs, or when I replace my entire roof in the next few years.

They gave me an estimate without ever going on the roof or using a ladder to check the issues. They came and did the work (they said) without letting anyone (mom, son and dog were home at the time) know they were there. First incident of rain/ice roof is still leaking as if nothing had been done to it. I called them because I'm thinking they were paid to fix a leak and need to do just that. Nope, the guy says the work for repairs is not guaranteed. Your work is not guaranteed? What did I pay for? The owner stated that I would be charged again if they come out again. Needless to say I called another company who ACTUALLY guarantees their work. Lesson learned. Do yourself s favor and don't hire this company.

Owner is a thief. He gets jobs and hires them all out to sub contractors so no one from his company…read moreactually touches the job. Refuses to pay employees when done with job. Just all around not a good dude. And he over charges so he can sub the jobs out and still make money for nothing.
