Strongly would not recommend. I have been trying to cancel an order since 4/21 (after they called the day of my delivery saying that my bed hasnt come and probably wouldn't be in for some time) and my account is still being charged. All of the sales support I have spoken with are extremely rude. I have had my financing company call multiple times and they have promised to cancel and NOTHING happens. So if you want to just give them your money feel free bc after the sale is final you can forget about all the "good customer service" So more than likely i will have to drive there on my next off day ! Pissed is a understatement I drove all the way over here from Dallas near northpark mall to look at the Chelsea and Logan bedroom sets. Once I arrive, I spot the Chelsea bedroom set first. It looks nothing like the pictures online. Not interested. Next, I find the Logan bedroom set. Which actually looks better in person. Beautiful. So I flag down one of the sales people, to let them know that I am interested in the QUEEN Logan 7 piece bedroom set with an extra nightstand and a queen mattress set. The rep tells me to apply for their credit check required financing. I apply giving them my social security number, driver's license and a debit card. For whatever reason I did not get approved for that. So they told me to apply for there no credit check required financing. So this time I am filling out another application giving yet again even more personal information such as my routing and checking account number. I was approved for more than enough needed to finalize my purchase. So then we go to look at mattresses and I am rambling about how much I love the Logan set,etc. Then he Dropped a Bomb on Me telling me that the Queen Logan set has been sold out for a while. Wtf, excuse me sir? What did you just say? WHAT.TF.DID.YOU.JUST.SAY? After filling out TWO applications, giving all of my personal information, running what is probably considered to be a hard inquiry on my credit report, and you mean to tell me that the set that I mentioned I wanted AS SOON AS I WALKED IN THE DOOR is sold out?? This is when you choose to tell me? If that doesn't qualify for a ass kicking, I don't know what does!!! At this point, we are having to call the loan lender to get my line of credit canceled. Because I'm not interested in anything else in the store. This is the worst experience and service I have received in......well, EVER! read more

Ordered my bedroom set and sofa from the store and the delivery was on time and smooth. The guys installed everything and took all the packaging with them. They got some great designs in the store, took me forever to find the clean stylish bedroom set I wanted, so far very happy with them. read more

This place is awsome. They have everything from home decor, including faux plants and lamps, to bedroom and living room suits. I came here with low expectations but bought my entire house here. They also offer really cheap assembly fees and do deliver. The staff are all extremely kind and helpful. Summit was super helpful and patient while we walked him from section to section picking out stuff for our new texas house. I would recommend this place to anyone. I love this place! First we purchased a pillow mattress and boxspring and my son LOVES it. We do too. Just a great price and really decent quality. That was about 3 months ago. Last night, as we were heading to IKEA in Frisco for a platform bed. My husband mentioned we try BT again. We were just coming into Plano so we stopped at that location. Great service, and like others have said, they leave you alone to look but always available. We had seen on line what we wanted as we were going down the highway and that locale did not have it. But the Garland one had the bed in stock. We paid for it in Plano and drove to Garland to get it. Bed is in great shape, no issues. They help you load up too. I had no idea what was in here when I walked in, big surprise! This place is HUGE and has furniture, rugs, silk flowers, lamps, wall decor, and on and on. Some are definitely bargains, some things I thought were a little high but they did have many items I haven't seen anywhere else. I was shocked to see some 5x9 modern rugs for only $199 - that's just crazy. read more

Excellent experience! We were not bothered at all by salespeople during our search for a leather sectional. We were able to test out their large selection with no pressure. When we made a decision, Alex (the staff person that helped us out) was super accommodating, knowledgable, and friendly. Delivery available two days from purchase date for a very reasonable price. The couch itself was very reasonably priced as well! All in all, an excellent shopping experience for our first big furniture purchase! Will definitely be back! read more

I have purchased a lot of my furniture from BT's. I absolutely love this place and the staff. The prices are reasonable for the quality of the furniture. I went to the store last weekend and was greeted immediately by Jency one of the associates. Love the self serve atmosphere where the sales ppl are available but aren't following me around the store and harassing me. Great prices. I price compared to Rooms to Go and Ashley's, and this place had much better prices for the exact same items. They had a huge selection of furniture, mattresses, art, and rugs. So glad we found this place! After shopping all around for barstools, we were frustrated not being able to find that many to try out. BT Furnishing has 3 entire rows of great options! They have both pub and counter heights and many different styles for each including some that are Ashley Furniture brand. The prices were very competitive and we chose some that we are very happy with that were only $50 a piece. They also had a great selection of tables and chairs. Almost everything is in stock at the store and you don't have to wait for delivery. The sales staff was welcoming but didn't pressure us at all, they were just available for questions but definitely didn't try to make us buy anything. read more

I bought a sectional in 9/2017. About 6 months later the couch starting making a craking sound when you sat down. One day my husband sat down and the chaise part broke. So we flipped it over and they did not put the stability screws in any of the couch legs. We have sent them emails of the couch called and they never returned a call or email. All we ask for was the screws. A second piece has now broken. 2200 down the drain for less than a yr old couch. They suck. Nice looking cheaply made furniture read more

I went in early on Saturday because they advertise "same day delivery". I've ordered quite a bit of furniture from this place in the past and even though it's not high quality, they delivered quickly. I picked out a couch for my daughter and was told the Plano store had to deliver it and delivery would not be made "until at least Friday". Not same day, AT LEAST 6 days. I went to Rooms to Go, spent a little more money on a quality couch and it will be delivered today. Doubt I'll be going back to BT. read more

My partner & I went into BT Furnishing Mon. Aug. 3 to see about purchasing a living room set. The employees were very nice & let us look for a while. Then a guy named Alex came over to help and gave us suggestions on various pieces matching up. He followed us to help us further. He made very good suggestions & a result we purchased a 2 pc living room set, ottoman & 2 end tables. We found out that Alex is the manager of that store in GARLAND and he fixed us right up. We paid & he said he could have it delivered yesterday, which he did. Our new furniture looks great & we are happy. We will go back soon & see about getting other things.
