I will say, on a POSITIVE note My stylist, Mackenzy was awesome! she did my color , cut and style as I requested and was a a young lady with great talent and wonderful listening skills. ON Another note, I must say that there were a few stylist in the back and at the shampoo bowl that were extremely loud and I'm not sure what was being said as it was in Spanish and at first I thought maybe these were other clients, no it actually was the stylist talking to each other in Spanish and extremely loudly and for long periods of time! they didn't seem to be aware about any of the other clients in the salon. All of the stylist seem to be doing shampoos and color which all looked awesome, but if the volume at the bowl would have been quieter while I was in my chair, I would have been more relaxed. I have tightly coiled natural hair. I would have had to wait an hour for a stylist who is more comfortable with "textured hair". I didn't have that much extra time to wait. They were very nice. I appreciate that they didn't want to mess up my hair but at the same time it just made me feel rejected in a way. I ended up going to a different place on a whim that was pretty cheap but did a great job. Nothing against them. I just wouldn't recommend to those to have coily hair.
